Nurses administer care in accordance with physician's orders. They are capable of:
- Assessing the patient's condition and monitoring progress.
- Assisting with medication management.
- Giving injections and/or IV Therapy.
- Providing Wound, Ostomy, Continence Care.
- Instructing patients in self-care.
- Teaching family members or caregivers.
- Coordinating care given by other professionals on the healthcare team.

Physical Therapists help the patient gain strength and coordination by administering and monitoring exercise routines, as well as by using special equipment. Through our Fall Intervention Program, physical therapists provide patients with an individualized exercise program designed to increase their strength and balance. Our therapists also offer Lymphedema Therapy. |

|
Occupational Therapists teach use of the hands and other fine motor skills to those challenged by a stroke, arthritis or other neurological causes. Speech Language Pathologists provide assessment and treatment for speech, hearing and language/communication challenges. They also assist with cognitive functioning, as well as provide assessment and treatment for swallowing and nutritional needs.

A Licensed Dietician assists with diabetic and other special needs diets and nutrition teaching. Medical Social Workers help the patient and family with personal and financial situations; and provide emotional and community support as well as counseling. Home Health Aides can assist the patient with bathing, grooming and other daily activities.
Other areas of support offered include Chaplains, Bereavement staff and Volunteers.
