Central Oregon Home Health and Hospice (COHHH) is proud to be the only home health agency in Central Oregon to offer the Honeywell HomMed Telehealth monitor to our eligible patients. The monitor is a FDA Class II, Hospital-Grade Medical Device that is a standard of care for COHHH and is completely free of charge. It measures vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, weight up to 500 lbs., temperature, oxygen saturation levels and more. Data is sent through the phone lines directly to our agency nurse for clinical review and analysis. |
